"Customer service is horrible 😔 I filled out a return form as I got the wrong size and it took several emails to get a response. Then I was told their emails weren’t delivering to me and by the time I found out what to do, my return window was closed. I even asked to just exchange for the correct size and got no response."

Nice product, wrong size
"Am trying to return but you don’t provide a prepaid shipping label. They want $58. To send them back."

Amazing!
"After checking at numerous shops in person without success, we decided to order our glass lamp shade replacement online. Antique Lamp Supply not only had our exaxt part in stock at a reasonable price but also shipped quickly packaged like real pros! We could tell they know what they're doing!"
