"Real people answer the phone. Then real people text you to answer your questions. I received my products in a very reasonable time frame. They were packaged well and arrived all in one piece. Unfortunately, two of the pieces I needed aren't available for this lamp, but they suggested substituting similar pieces from another manufacturer. While not ideal, this will enable me to actually use my lamp, and that is the ultimate goal. I would definitely order from them again."
