Perfect Height and Diameter -- Decorative Finials Don't Fit

"The finial screw on this bulb clip only works with the basic finial provided. I tried several decorative finials from lamps all around my house, and not one of them will screw far enough onto the threaded post to hold a shade in place. The height of the clip and its diameter work well. The clip is quite stiff, and I became concerned that I might break the bulb while installing it due to the amount of pressure the clip applies. Wish I could return these, but not worth the effort given the low price of the product and the cost of return shipping. Great company, however. I'd patronize them again."
