Sunlite 3-way press fit connections

"Our lamp is made in China. The faulty Sunlite 3-way has press fit connections. I knew this when I ordered your part. What I did not know is that the conductors must be tinned first to press into the new fixture. I do not have a soldering iron so I could not accomplish this. I ended up buying a screw type insert for the existing brown Sunlite housing. It fit perfectly. So I did not use your part."
