Shade arrived broken
"I called Aug 19 the date this shade arrived. I looked well packed until I attempted to open the interior box and heard a tattk. Barely pulled paper back while in the box and saw broken glass. So took a picture and text the picture as directed by Customer Service. I have heard nothing since. I will call back next week to find out what are next steps or request refund."
