"The 2 3/8” finial I received will not fit on the harp on my lamp. The threaded hole in the base is about twice as big as the holes in all my other finials. I immediately emailed customer service to see if there is an adapter available. I received an impersonal reply with instructions on how to return the item. No answer to the question I had asked."
