I was delighted at how quickly I received the item and more excited to discover the flower “button” that holds the glass fixture on. I live in a house built in 1955 with these fixtures. The original ones were still installed and I was doing some painting. When I removed the old ones, besides the oops paint that had been dobbed on it over the years there was rust from a leak before I took possession of the house.
