"My mother in law asked for my assistance on helping her restore a family treasure. She has a antique lamp passed down through generations and the connection part in the middle was broken. I turned to Antique Lamp Supply and sent them pictures of each part and asked specifically for the one I needed. Very helpful staff member suggested this part and I ordered it and received it. Gave it to my mother in law and the part fit perfectly. She was ecstatic over the entire lamp being restored. Thank you guys for your guidance and suggestion."

"I asked an agent to help me find a brass stamped Fount ... I am new to this lamp venue . Days went by and I ordered a 2 small founts fro Another company. Then was looking on your site after receiving their shipment . Here The was one in YOUR selections that would have worked better , closer to the original size too ! So she did apologize, and was helpful getting my order to me promptly. However the order the other company was in the hundreds . So, she will do better I am sure ( I told her candidly ) what she had done . But now I may have to order those founts you have to make it more original. But is MY money I have to spend TWICE for something I had asked for to seek for me ( that you DID have ) . Frustrating!!"
