"The product came well packed with bubble wrap wrapped several times around the product. It came in an appropriate sized box too. The Chimney had no obvious scratches or breaks. Initially I didn't understand the oil lamp and parts language. However, I took my time and explored the site and found my answers. I also had an advantage with the old "Home Sweet Home" chimney that came with my antique oil lamp because I could measure that chimney and then choose the closest size for the new chimney I wanted. I felt the new chimney would look more "authentic" with the antique base, and it also came made from Borosilicate glass. Thank-you for this store!"
