Customer Service Needs Improvement

"When ordering, form allows for 2 lines for delivery address. Completed both. Post office returned item to supplier for incomplete address. When I inquired, customer service said shipping label only allows for one line. Make any sense to you?? Customer service said it would email me when it received the return and shipped it again with revised address. Never got an email. Product showed up finally, two weeks after it was originally supposed to. Customer service was not pleasant to deal with."
