"I was so frantic when my hubby accidentally bumped into my curio cabinet and knocked my antique brass lamp off ,the milk glass shade shattered into a million pieces . I searched on Amazon and Walmart to find a replacement but there was none I liked . So I hit the internet running to find a milkglass shade in the exact shape of the broken one and although that shade was nearly 70 to 100 years old I found it and with a happy heart I ordered the cheaper made version with the coating .
