"It was the wrong size, the website said 4” but it came under 4” so my application didn’t work. I spent the time returning it using their label which was insanely more expensive then the other labels I would have used. They charged me for their shipping label and I got half of what I would have back. I asked for a refund and they wouldn’t give it to me. Horrible."
