"I have not received my order yet but felt complied to write a review. Placed my order at 11:00 am and the order was shipped that day via Fed Ex. Wow, who does that anymore... ALS does. I had a problem with the delivery that was completely Fed Ex's fault and they returned the order directly back to Antique Lamp Supply. Now keep in mind, ALS did nothing wrong, it was a perfect shipment on their behalf. ALS communicated with me directly, acquired a new address, and sent the package back out within 12 hours of receiving it and all of this was done at no additional cost to me. Way To Go ALS!!!
