"The website was easy to maneuver through. I wish they would include pop ups for items that are needed for particular items. They include a “you may be interested in” below the items but some items require multiple parts that are regularly necessary to use some of the pieces. It would also help to have more than one photo of the items and some help videos to show how some of the items are used. That would help the customer avoid follow orders for missing parts as well as promote additional functions and designers add-ons."
