"I was very pleasantly surprised upon opening the box (BTW, product was well packaged - each cover was individually wrapped with more wrap in the box to prevent breakage!). I was unsure what “polyresin” was. My original candle covers were metal and I was concerned that the new ones would look cheap. Not at all! Great product and is just as described in the online catalog. Product arrived ahead of schedule! Unfortunately, I’ll have to exchange them as I incorrectly estimated the length needed. I’m trusting that working with Customer Service will be as great as the rest of my experience. So far, I’m really impressed with this company!"
