ALS refused to stand behind it as i waited too long to let them know. even though i ordered more of the same part when i discovered the defect. i was surprised that they didn't make it right since it is a $50 part. 8 out of the 9 that i have purchased would get five stars."

"Very nicely finished heavyweight brass shell, dimmer/switch operates as advertised (used for incandescent bulb...) but the potentiometer arm seems a little wiggly/wobbly/wonky, especially with the longer decorative knob fitted. For the price the control should feel rock solid, which it does not."
