"I can’t rate the product you describe above, even tho it’s what I ordered at the suggestion of your salesperson, because what you sent me instead was narrow 4-inch white plastic socket covers. I returned them to you, and had to pay for shipping myself. When I tried to re-order by phone the paper antique style covers with the correct dimensions, the staff person insisted that they were what had been shipped to me — in other words, that I was lying to her. I ended the call."
