Leviton Brand Socket Caps with thread and set screw. Your chioce of thread size and finish, no side outlet.These shells are designed to fit only on Leviton Brand sockets and will snap on the socket shell. Side outlet caps allow the lamp cord to bypass the center hole on the bottom of the  socket. The is important for lamps with a solid body and not wire way path. Example of a lamp needing a side outlet socket cap would be a glass jug lamp or a solid porcelain urn where no wire holes exist.
