Cord exits side of socket

"It wasn’t obvious from the picture but the cord comes out of the side of the socket, not the bottom. Side is probably what you want if you’re using this for a bottle but I have more of a custom project I’m doing that requires the cork base like this but I need the cord exiting the bottom of the socket. Need to add more photos to see all of the product."

"I ordered two make-a-lamp kits at a total cost of just over $50. The kits arrived in excellent condition. The packing was exceptional. However, the kits are not the same size and I am having to take them apart and try to repair them myself. I might have expected that for $20, but not for $50."
