"I finally got my order, but only because of the kindness of a stranger in Texas. He got my order by mistake and re-mailed it to me. With a little modification of the old hickey the parts fit fine. The slot where the hickey fits was just a little too narrow for the old hickey to fit. And because the new hickey was shorter than the old, I had to use the old one."
