"Since it's not possible to speak with anyone at Antique Lamp to place an order and must rely entirely on the maze available on their web site, I mistakenly ordered a lamp kit with a pull chain socket when I wanted a 3-way switch. I've returned the unopened package in hopes that Antique Lamp will send me the kit that I want for my project. I also ordered a "harp" that holds the shade in place. Unfortunately, the bracket on the top of the harp was fastened on an angle so that the shade would be listing at an angle when installed. This item has also been returned for a proper harp. I'm hoping that Antique Lamp will correct my order mistake and also replace the defective harp."
