"Parts were put in a small brown paper bag without bubble wrap. BG was put into a shipping bag that had no bubble wrap. On receipt, package had been slit open partially. Insulators that are porcelain, one had chip piece. Can't tell if it was shipped like that or damaged in transit due to poor shipping and lack of use of something like bubble wrap to cushion it. However shipping per above seems wrong for a piece containing porcelain."
