Neat Little Socket!

"Bought 5 of these sockets to use in Glass Insulator lamps. They were slightly larger than the opening at the top of the insulators so they would not not fit all the way in. Had to ream out 1/8” of Glass using a glass cutting hole saw for them to fit. Now the socket and led halogen equivalent bulb fit nicely into the insulator such that it looks as if it were made for it. Now the beautiful glass insulator has a nice clean beam of light emitting from its base!"
