Lamps Fell Apart
"Two out of five princess lamps separated during shipping. One separated after being lit, and started a small fire in the garage. The top of the glass lamp fell off, and had this happened in our home and not on a garage table—it could have been disastrous. We were hesitant to handle the other remaining lamps, as we expected the same results. One metal burner was twisted a little. Contacted seller: They offered to send us some glue so that we could take it upon ourselves to piece together our newly purchased lamps. They further stated, ‘they do sometimes become unglued during shipping’. If they know they have this potential problem, it should have been responsibly remediated in advance, before accepting money from their unassuming customers. Upon further correspondence, they sent us a shipping label to return for refund, which we did and are now awaiting our credit."
Beautiful .. only problem was
"Beautiful .. only problem was one of the lamps came in 2 pieces and I had to super glue together or it would have been to tippy. The other one came apparently glued, I couldn’t pull it apart.. there are two little notches and pegs that align it for good fit after super glued..adjusted the wicks , put in lamp oil, set on the chimneys and they now display on my fireplace mantle.. nice touch to the log home"

Elegant, simple and proven design
"Base was damage during shipment, they asked me to send a picture of it and they quickly shipped me new one. I really like this lamp. It has a heavy stable squared base which makes it safer. I set beside my recliner on table and use it to read my iPad and see my coffee cup and things in the mornings when it still a little dark outside. Nothing like the soft flickering orange glow of natural flame instead of harsh electric light."
