The light fixture works great.

"The light fixture works great. Three things to know; (1) the light fitter is larger in diameter than the fixture which means you need a short screw driver to tighten the screw into the mounting strap on your junction box, (2) the threaded hole for the screw into the mounting strap is on the outside of the junction box so best to drill a hole into the ceiling drywall to make it easier to tighten the screw, and (3) evidently to keep with the antique schoolhouse globes they also decided you should have an old school flat head screw to make it even more difficult to tighten the screw."
