"This company has almost everything which is awesome. I placed a sizable order which qualified for free shipping. I realized that I left off one section of chain that I needed. When I contacted them to add the one section they said they could not do it and I need to place another order. Which at that point it was a shipping charge for just a 3’ section of chain. I ended up buying a little more than I needed to qualify for the free shipping on the second order."
