Frustrating

"We need to know the circumference of the inside of the hole of the hing. Why because the hinges that hold the brackets of the oil lamps come in different circumference. For example, I have hing that that is 1" in circumference that fits one of my brackets. However, I have another bracket that takes a hinge that is 1 and 1/2" in circumference. So I need to know what the circumference of the hole of the hing is because I neither have time or energy to order a hinge that may or may not work due to a possible wrong circumference. Why not make it easy on your customers and just list the circumference? You're losing sales because of this this. Like mine for instance."
