"I need to speak with someone. I completely rely upon your help to get my lamp parts and this last order was to correct the previous order. Now this one doesn’t seem to work either! I’m extremely disappointed, frustrated and have had to wait only to have it be the wrong size. I had to pay shipping cost for the corrected parts when my first order was well of $100. Now if I have to do this yet again I’ll be disappointed."
