Important! You must remember that before you attempt to fit, replace, or remove any of the parts on an electric lamp or fixture you must always disconnect or unplug the lamp or fixture from any source of electricity before you begin. Simply turning the lamp "off" will not protect you from an electrical shock.
If you are not sure how to safely disconnect your lamp or fixture from its electrical source, you should contact a licensed electrician or your local power company for further instructions.

"I used it to replace a faulty double socket in a picture light. Works well. There are no instructions so it should be used by someone who is comfortable with dismantling it (which you have to do to wire it) and wiring it to maintain polarity."

Thanks for your prompt shipping,
"Thanks for your prompt shipping, it was a great help getting the repairs made to the church fixtures while the painting scaffolding was still in place. The adapters and sockets worked out great Just a note two of the sockets were missing internal screws to complete the wiring, we were able to replace these and finish the job, but this might not be so easy for someone else. Thanks again for your promptness , Karen Delp"
