"I ordered 5 Vintage Style Torpedo Bulbs recently. When they arrived, one of the bulbs had a broken wire inside. I sent a picture of the defective bulb to Customer Service and Mary took care of the issue no problem. New bulb sent out and working perfect now. Mary actually helped me solve an issue with another bulb that I thought was broken but was actually just not hitting the metal tab in the light fixture. Great product and great customer service. Mary deserves a promotion!"
